Answers to every question
Do I need a separate e-invoicing provider?
No. Documents are transmitted to myDATA through a certified provider and the cost is fully included in your subscription. You issue as many invoices as you need, with no extra charge per document.
Will anything change in how I work with my accountant?
Absolutely nothing. Your accountant carries on their work without interruption. All documents, along with the necessary income and expense classifications, are transmitted to myDATA automatically. You can also send them complete Excel export files at any time for their convenience.
Can I import my customers and products from an Excel file?
Yes. You can upload your Excel file, check the preview and the app completes the import of your customers and products automatically. In addition, for customers with a VAT number, their details are retrieved and updated automatically straight from AADE.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan and pay by card. If you don't continue, the account stops and you aren't charged anything. The trial doesn't ask for a card.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It opens in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, with nothing to install. On your phone you photograph expenses and scan barcodes.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You move up to a bigger plan from your subscription page, without losing anything you've entered.
When does e-invoicing become mandatory for small businesses?
For businesses with turnover up to €1 million it applies from 2 November 2026. Until 31 January 2027 there is a transition period. From 1 February 2027, invoices between businesses are issued only through a certified e-invoicing provider or AADE's own apps.
Is it accounting software?
